Shipping is calculated at checkout.

International buyers are responsible for import taxes and duties as well as the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned. Please note that we are not responsible for any tariffs, import duties, or import fees. 

Warranty

All KittyScapes products are covered under a one-year warranty. If you encounter any functional defects within one year of receiving the product, please let us know and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Proof of defect in the form of photos and/or videos may be required. Warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. Method of resolution is subject to our discretion and may not result in full replacement of the product.

Returns

We accept returns for defective products and for tablet holders that don’t fit on your cat tree. In the case of tablet holders that don’t work on your model, we offer a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
